streamyard not working

When I download the original files from Stream, some of the affected videos are fine (audio and video are both good), but some of them don't play using Windows Media Player at all or even in 3rd party software like Adobe Premiere Pro. The method is not working for me and I am pretty desperate at this point .. so if anybody has any clues in this area please do share .
