How To Add a Zoom Meeting Booking System On Wix

Nowadays if you have a consulting business, you won’t be able to see your clients because of Corvid. Or your clients demand virtual meetings. To keep the business going you should set up an appointment booking system that uses Zoom meeting.

Such a system sounds complicated and expensive. But it is actually cheap and easy to set up on Wix. All you need is a Wix website and a Zoom account. Then you are good to go.

1. Add Wix bookings to your Wix site

The first task is to add the Wix Bookings app. The app enables your website to take appointments from clients. It is also integrated with Zoom. That means the app will create an unique Zoom ID for every appointment. The steps to add Wix Bookings app is below.

  1. Click Add Apps icon
  2. Search for Wix Bookings
  3. Click Wix Bookings
  4. Click Add To Site

2. Create booking service that uses Zoom meeting

Not every service created on Wix Bookings is Zoom enable. You must switch on the Zoom option on each service. But if this is your first time adding Zoom to your booking service, Wix will ask to click a few more buttons. The instruction below will show you the steps.

  1. Navigate to the site Dashboard
  2. Click Booking Services
  3. Click Edit on the booking service that requires Zoom call
  4. Click Add Video Conferencing under Service Details section
  5. Click Connect to connect Wix with Zoom
  6. Click Authorize so that Wix can access your Zoom account
  7. Click Done button
  8. Click Save button
