1. Blocked time for appointments on Wix

On Wix you can manually edit Wix Bookings calendars. You have the options to add an appointment or a blocked time. The blocked time is what you need for the purpose in this article.

1. Navigate to your site dashboard
2. Click Booking Calendar
3. Click Add Sessions
4. Click Blocked Time 
5. Choose a staff member
6. Type some note
7. Click Block

2. Limitation of Blocked Time 

There is a limitation in blocked time. The blocked time can only block booking appointments. It cannot stop your customers from booking online classes. Therefore, you must either cancel the classes run by your off work staff member or assign a different staff member for that class.
